Quartier des spectacles
From its dark past to its most recent transformation, the students will learn about the history and architecture of this lively part of Montréal. They will also have the chance to take the pulse of the district where festivals and artistic events make Montréal a worldwide cultural metropolis!
Our typical tour includes:
- The Place des Festivals, an innovative urban space where numerous events are staged all throughout the year.
- Place des Arts, a beacon in the world of performing arts and its impressively decorated interior, recently renovated.
- The elegant architecture of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal’s new home, la Maison symphonique, a gem that offers a superior acoustical experience.
- The effervescence of Sainte-Catherine Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard.
Practical Information & Reservation
Both fun and educational, this walking tour is ideal for both younger and older children or teenagers, and for students in architecture, history, and arts.
- Designed for students aged 8 and older.
- Length: 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Minimum: 15 students.
- Rate (including taxes): $15.75 / student.
- Complimentary ticket for 1 teacher or chaperone per 15 students.
- Gratuity included.
