In the spotlight at Guidatour Montréal
We offer you more than 80 permit-holding, professional guides for the City of Montréal, all graduates of the l’Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec. Most of are also members of the Montreal chapter of the Montréal Professional Tourist Guides Association (APGT).
Our experienced guides are connoisseurs of Montreal’s yesterday, today and tomorrow. With them, you will learn about the history of the city, its development, its architecture and cultural life.

Behind the scenes at Guidatour
President and co-founder of Guidatour and a professional tour guide since 1985, Louise is in charge of creative planning and business development. Recognized for her leadership and creativity, she has over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry.
Accounting Coordinator and Executive Assistant
Angèle is in charge of accounting and is also involved in most decisions related to administration and business development. She is a graduate of the Tourism program at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) and is distinguished by her great sensitivity and precision skills.
Elizabeth is involved in various projects to promote Guidatour’s brand and activities. Her analytical mind and love of words serve the business in many ways. She holds a BA in Public Relations from UQAM and has nearly 15 years of experience in the field of communications.
Zoé coordinates scavenger hunts, educational visits and tour escorts services. She holds a French degree in Psychology and has over 6 years of experience in planning of projects and activities for students. Her dynamism and her professionalism are both valuable assets for our team.
Amélie specializes in the coordination of Montréal Ghosts activities and in the development of tour packages. She always strives to meet the needs of customers efficiently and with a smile. Amélie holds a BA in Business Administration from UQAM with a specialization in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Laurence performs different key tasks in both operations and customer service. Among other things, she handles reservations and is constantly bursting with energy. Laurence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UQAM with a Tourism and Hospitality Management specialization.
Sylvia is a graduate of the Tourism program at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) and also holds a degree in Graphic Design from Dawson College. Sylvia brings a fresh perspective and her versatility to the team.
Operations Coordinator – Working part-time
Laurie helps the team on occasion in operations and customer service. After studying anthropology, then tourism, Laurie built a strong experience in customer service.
Director of Operations – On maternity leave
Chloé supervises the operations team with great calm and confidence. A graduate of the Tourism program at Collège Montmorency, she always strives to provide an impeccable service by carefully understanding our clients’ needs and advising them nicely.
